2015: member of treatment-resistant depression expert forum providing advice to independent organisations.
Founded a specialist mood disorder clinic in 2011 contributing to being ranked in top 10% of UK psychiatrists participating in the ‘Royal College of psychiatrists 360 patients feedback’.
Developed expertise in Adult Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). established specialist adult ADHD Service and led adult ADHD in Ealing since 2013.
Affective Disorders Trust Lead (July 11- Sept 2014), co-produced ‘challenges in diagnosing bipolar disorder’ podcast on the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ website.
Deputy then senior clinical lead of Ealing Mental Health Services (July 11 – Sept 14).

Expert witness and medico-legal work:

Wide experience in medico-legal work, and as an expert witness in the area of mental health.
Acted as expert witness since 2013, produced expert witness and medico-legal reports and gave expert evidence in magistrates, tribunal, crown courts and the Old Bailey in last 15 years.

Personal mental injury cases:

Special experience in cases of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), provide assessments and reports for the criminal injuries compensation authority (CICA).
Employment related mental health injury and discrimination due to mental health.
Mental injury in cases of medical negligence and victims of torture, violent and sexual crimes.
Custody disputes in parents with mental health problems, including with local authorities.
Assessment of mental capacity and suspected mental disorders in adults.
Second opinion for complex cases.
Solved under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act since 1997.
